| No, the OCC isn't another chat forum. All chatting belongs in the Chit-Chat forum in the Members Area.
The OCC is where you technically advertise your roleplay or come to join a roleplay. Read Below:
Creating A Roleplay
Before making your roleplay topic in the roleplay forums, you must create an OCC topic for your roleplay. In your topic, you should include the roleplay's topic, plot, limit for joinings, rating, rules, and your character profile as well as any other information about your roleplay. The subject of your topic should be the name of your roleplay. You should wait until you have at least 3-5 people joined before creating your roleplay topic in the roleplay forums. Make sure to put the roleplay in the correct forum.
Joining A Roleplay
Look through the OCC forum for a roleplay that interests you. Once you found one, if asked, seek permission to join the roleplay from the roleplay starter. Once you have permission, post your character profile and wait until the roleplay starter creates the actual roleplay topic in the roleplay forums.
